1. Cancellation Timeframe
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 to 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service or project milestone to cancel without penalty. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a late cancellation fee or partial charge.
2. Cancellation Fees
A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service charge may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
For extensive projects or retainers, fees may be prorated based on work completed at the time of cancellation.
3. Rescheduling
Clients are encouraged to reschedule appointments or project deadlines with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and repeated changes may incur additional charges.
4. Exceptions
In cases of emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible. Flexible arrangements may be made at the discretion of BrandIT Consultancy.
5. Refunds
Prepaid fees for cancelled services may be refunded less any applicable cancellation fees. Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
6. No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session or respond without notice will be classified as a no-show and will incur the full cancellation fee.
